Ideal for use wherever food is handled, served or prepared, this kitchen degreaser easily removes fat, grease, oil and ingrained soiling from a variety of washable surfaces including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors and walls. Also suitable for removing heavy soil in engineering workshops and general industry.

  • pH: 11
  • HOW TO USE:- Heavy grease and oil: Dilute 100ml per 5 litres of warm water (1:50). General Cleaning:- Dilute 20ml per 5 litres of warm water (1:250). Spray, wipe or mop. Rinse with clean water. Deep fat tryers:-Drain out all old oil and remove any sediment. Fill the fryer with a dilution of 1:20. Warm the solution but do not boil and leave for 15 minutes. Drain out the cleaning solution, rinse twice with clean water and dry the fryer with a clean cloth. DO NOT REFIL THE FRYER WITH NEW OIL UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY DRY.
  • BIODEGRADABILITY:- All surfactants used in this product comply with the current European Regulations concerning biodegradability and protection of the environment.
